Horror film icon Bela Lugosi stars in this 1940 thriller as Dr. Paul Carruthers, a mad scientist who breeds a species of giant bats to exact revenge against his disloyal former employers (Edmund Mortimer, Gene O'Donnell). Of course, the campy fun of this classic B-movie (presented here in 2D) is heightened by the running commentary of the irreverent alien hosts of Apt. 51, who show no mercy to the less-than-stellar fare they witness from their cosmic home theater.
