Now that he's retired, Victor Meldrew (Richard Wilson) has even more time to contemplate the crazy world around him, much to the exasperation of his long-suffering wife, Margaret (Annette Crosbie). In the second season of this BAFTA-winning BBC sitcom, the Meldrews move into a new house after their old one is destroyed and set about meeting their next-door neighbors (Owen Brenman, Angus Deayton and Janine Duvitski).
