Ablaze with colorful musical numbers, 20 Centimeters is a romp through the somewhat delusional life of narcoleptic transsexual Marieta (Monica Cervera), who falls asleep at inopportune times and dreams she's the star of gaudy musical stage productions. Upon waking, Marieta, who longs to be a complete woman, resumes her quest to rid herself of the well-endowed "package" (hence the title) that serves as a daily reminder of her incorrect gender.
