In Todo el Poder, a Mexico City filmmaker (Demián Bichir) takes the law into his own hands after he's victimized three times in one day. Then, in La Ley de Herodes, when a meek janitor (Damián Alcázar) is appointed mayor of a small town, he's soon seduced by politics and corruption. This double dose of Spanish-language black comedies takes aim at the crime and corruption found south of the border.
