Joseph (Craig Sheffer) and Maria (Sheryl Lee) are young newlyweds in love, but their marriage already is in serious trouble because of their unfulfilling sex life. Joseph becomes enraged when he learns that Maria has been visiting Baltazar (Terence Stamp), a hands-on unlicensed sex therapist. But Balthazar soon offers to initiate Joseph into the mysteries of tantric sex -- a rapturous bedroom technique that could save his marriage.
