Ray (writer-director Woody Allen) is an incompetent crook with big dreams and a low IQ. When he sets up his wife, Frenchy (Golden Globe nominee Tracey Ullman), in a storefront to cover his tunneling operation into a local bank, her baked goods take off, and Ray and company are catapulted from rags to riches.
